“Oliver Anthony Declines Invitation to Perform at ‘Friends in Low Places’ Grand Opening: “I’m not a Garth Brooks fan”

If you haven’t been living under a rock, you’ve probably heard Oliver Anthony’s new hit song, “Rich Men North of Virginia.” The song skyrocketed to the number one spot on the charts after gaining attention from right-wing pundits.

Oliver’s manager, Joe Barron, mentioned, “The offers have been pouring in, and it seems like Oliver has a bright future ahead.” Barron also revealed that the only offer Oliver turned down was from Garth Brooks.

“Garth wanted Oliver to perform at the grand opening of his new Nashville bar,” Barron chuckled. “But Oliver personally declined, saying, ‘Sorry, I’m not a Garth fan.’ Despite the potential financial gain, Oliver values his reputation more.”

It’s worth noting that Garth Brooks faced a boycott three months ago due to his insults to conservatives and his association with Bud Light, and it appears that his situation remains unchanged.
