Embracing Change: My Newbie’s Journey on the Carnivore Diet

Hey there, fellow seekers of health and vitality! It’s Day 8 on my carnivore journey, and let me tell you, the results are speaking for themselves. I’ve shed 9 pounds already, without any bloating to speak of. Energy levels? Rock solid. And here’s the kicker – that nagging back pain I used to wake up with every morning? It’s practically vanished.

But before I delve into the nitty-gritty, let me rewind a bit. Two years ago, I was tipping the scales at a hefty 300 pounds. I tried cutting carbs, sure, but still indulged in the occasional soda, ketchup, and beer. The organic lifestyle and my go-to supplement, Thrive, helped me shed 50 pounds initially, but life happened, and I found myself slipping back into old habits.

Fast forward to now, and I’m down to 262 pounds, thanks to diving headfirst into the carnivore way of eating. Yep, you heard that right – all meat, plenty of fat, and of course, eggs. It’s not just about the weight loss though – I’ve ditched my acid reflux pills and said goodbye to morning reflux attacks, a welcome relief after two decades of struggle.

After conquering colon cancer, she took charge of her health, swearing off sugar and embracing the carnivore lifestyle. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first, but seeing her transformation firsthand made me reconsider. And now? I’m fully committed to giving it my all for at least 30 days, with hopes of extending it to 90. They say if you make it that far, you won’t want to look back – and I’m starting to believe it.
